Unlike filler blended materials, our nonwoven fabrics are manufactured using 100% virgin polypropylene with no calcium carbonate filler blends or recycled content that may compromise long term durability, fibre integrity, or structural consistency over time. This allows for cleaner fibre bonding, more stable dimensional performance, and improved converting consistency across production runs.

Our proprietary ultrasonic compacted insulator technology is engineered as a high density thermally bonded alternative to traditional felt based insulation systems, designed for modern mattress manufacturing environments requiring long term structural stability, repeatable performance, and reliable material consistency under repeated compression cycles.
