Greatech manufactures PP spunbond nonwoven fabric from 100% virgin polypropylene, across a GSM range of 9gsm to 250gsm and production widths suited to furniture, mattress, agricultural, medical, packaging, and construction applications. With 16 years of manufacturing experience and production lines from 1.6m to 3.2m wide, we supply fabric to specification, consistent quality, batch to batch, from the raw material through to the finished roll.
We manufacture PP spunbond nonwoven fabric on production lines at 1.6m, 2.2m, 2.4m, and 3.2m. Wider rolls reduce the number of seams in your end product, lower material waste from joining, and decrease installation or assembly time. For construction and geotextile applications, our 3.2m line supplies a width that few PP spunbond manufacturers can match.
Manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene with no chemical binders. Soft, breathable, and available with hydrophilic treatment for fluid management applications. Suited to single-use medical and hygiene products where fabric purity and consistency batch to batch are non-negotiable.
