4. How We Store and Protect It
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure, and other misuse, consistent with IPP 5 of the Privacy Act 2020.
Personal information collected through this website may be stored and processed using third party service providers including website hosting providers, email platforms, and business tools such as cloud storage and CRM systems. These providers may store data on servers located outside New Zealand, including in Australia, the United States, and other countries. Before using any such provider, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that they protect personal information in a manner that provides comparable safeguards to those required under the Privacy Act 2020 — for example, by using providers who operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements or comparable privacy frameworks (i.e. Microsoft, Google etc.).
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When we no longer need it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
5. Who We Share It With
