Manufacturing Capabilities

Manufacturing Capabilities

Wider Rolls. Fewer Seams. Lower Cost.

We manufacture PP spunbond nonwoven fabric on production lines at 1.6m, 2.2m, 2.4m, and 3.2m. Wider rolls reduce the number of seams in your end product, lower material waste from joining, and decrease installation or assembly time. For construction and geotextile applications, our 3.2m line supplies a width that few PP spunbond manufacturers can match.

Production Widths

Four Lines. One Manufacturer.

1.6m

Precision slitting applications, medical and hygiene components. Minimal waste for narrow-format production. Clean slit edge for high-speed converting equipment.

2.2m

Packaging, garment interlining, lighter agricultural applications and mattresses. Intermediate width — reduces waste versus 2.4m for narrower end products.

2.4m

Furniture backing, agricultural ground cover, industrial packaging. Industry standard width for mid-scale applications. Consistent availability.

3.2m

Geotextiles, mattress foundation layers, large-format construction membranes. Fewer seams means fewer failure points and faster installation. Competitive advantage — few manufacturers run this width.

Available Treatments

UV Stabilisation

Protection against UV degradation for outdoor use. Best for Agriculture, Construction.

Flame Retardant (FR)

Treated to reduce flammability to specified standard. Best for Mattresses, Furniture.

Hydrophilic Finish

Fabric attracts and absorbs moisture. Best for Hygiene, Medical pads.

Hydrophobic / Water Repellent

Fabric repels water and fluids. Best for Construction wrap.

Anti-static

Reduces static electricity build-up. Best for Packaging, Industrial.

Custom Width Slitting

Precision cut to exact required width. ±1cm tolerance. Best for All applications.

Custom Colour

Colour outside white standard. Best for Branded bags, specific applications.

Material Specifications

For customers requiring deeper technical specifications.

Fabric Construction

100% continuous filament PP — Spunbond process — thermal bonding, no chemical binders

MFI Grade (raw material)

25 to 40 g/10min. Lower MFI (25–30): stronger, tougher filaments for industrial grades. Higher MFI (35–40): finer, softer filaments for mattress and bedding grades.

Tensile Strength (MD/CD)

Varies by GSM. Higher GSM = higher tensile strength. Test reports available per batch on request.

Elongation at Break

Dependent on GSM and application. Balanced MD/CD ratio for consistent performance in converting equipment.

GSM Tolerance

±3 GSM standard. Tighter tolerance available on request for specific applications.

Width Tolerance

±1cm standard. Consistent slit edge — suitable for high-speed quilting and converting equipment.

UV Stabilisation

Up to 12 months outdoor exposure. For agricultural and construction grades. Confirm specific UV rating with factory.

Flame Retardant

Available on request. Can be specified to customer requirement. Confirm which standard applies to your application.

Surface Treatment

Hydrophilic or Hydrophobic available. Applied as required by application.
